Deviation Approval
The approval screen is designed to assign deviations based on user groups. Approval follows a custom table hierarchy process. Once all assigned approvals are completed, the deviation proceeds to the final stage, where POD Plugin assigns SFCs.

The Kraft Heinz Company
Duration: 12 Months
In our project, we are enhancing tomato ketchup plants worldwide for The Kraft Heinz Company. The project involves UI5 development and enhancement, along with the implementation of 12+ plants in SAP MII and SAPUI5. Our previous project utilized outdated screens and suffered from slow page loading times.
We have the task of upgrading and testing over 200 screens within a 6-month timeframe. Our team has divided the workload and assumed leadership roles to ensure completion before the deadline. We're pleased to share that our efforts have earned appreciation from the client for our team's dedication and efficiency.
During my involvement in this project, I led end-to-end implementation, encompassing project planning, resource allocation, template design, IT infrastructure setup, deployment, rollout, go-live support, on-site assistance during go-live, and hypercare.
I specialized in developing complex pages such as inspection, Batchhub, line status monitoring, quality and maintenance notification, as well as administrative interfaces. My responsibilities encompassed building and rigorously testing intricate logic scenarios to ensure optimal functionality across these critical components.
The project focused on four key modules: Rephub, Batchhub, Weighhub, and OfflineOEE & Admin. We comprehensively addressed manufacturing execution systems, covering shift management, resource allocation, line status monitoring, downtime management, inspection, quality notification, operator menu dashboard, order initiation, maintenance alerts, OEE monitoring, weigh list management, scale integration, proposal generation, order execution, dispatch management, inquiry pages, SPC charting, plant visualization, tare weight management, and administrative tools.
During UAT and the go-live phase, I identified and resolved complex issues, playing a critical role in development. I also managed the release of orders in ECC and ensured confirmation in ECC.
This project provided valuable experience in SAPUI5, SAP MII, ECC, project management, leadership, and timely project completion.

Schlumberger - SLB
Duration: 3 Months
In this project, we transitioned from SAP MII and SAP MES to SAP e-services, optimizing complex and time-consuming custom development tasks. Utilizing SAP ME SDK and various services, including SAP Service Extension and Custom Services, we improved performance and efficiency, employing a skill set that included SAP MII, BLS, SAPUI5, SAP ME, and SDK DC features like Hook and Service.
The project initially relied on the robust capabilities of SAP MII and SAP MES for its developmental framework. As the project progressed, the custom development aspect primarily leaned towards SAP MII and SAPUI5 technologies, necessitating a strategic shift towards the utilization of SAP e-services to tackle intricate and time-intensive tasks effectively.
In the earlier stages, custom development within SAP MII extensively employed Business Logic Scripting (BLS) in conjunction with SQL queries for data manipulation and retrieval. However, to enhance the system's efficiency and manage complexity, these methodologies were supplanted by the SAP ME SDK, offering advanced capabilities for intricate logic formulation and comprehensive data retrieval processes.
Furthermore, the project's evolution saw the introduction and implementation of various services, including SAP Service Extension, Hook, and Custom Services, meticulously designed to alleviate time complexity and improve overall performance. These services played a pivotal role in optimizing the system's functionality and ensuring seamless operations.
Throughout the project lifecycle, a diverse range of skills was employed, spanning across SAP MII, BLS, SAPUI5, SAP ME, SAP ME SDK, and various SDK DC features such as Hook, Service, Web Service, and Service Extension. These competencies were instrumental in driving innovation, streamlining processes, and ultimately delivering a robust and efficient solution tailored to the project's requirements.

Nestlé, in collaboration with SAP MII and SAP OEE, embarked on a development journey aimed at enhancing efficiency and productivity. Through this project, we focused on optimizing processes within SAP MII and SAP OEE, with a key emphasis on reducing time complexity and implementing innovative solutions to drive new development initiatives.
This project centered on refining processes within SAP MII and SAP OEE, prioritizing the streamlining of complex Business Logic Scripting (BLS) and the enhancement of custom activities for development purposes. Our focus remained on implementing innovative solutions to drive optimization and facilitate seamless operations across both platforms.
